What We Measure
Every player works through measurement stations during the event:
Swing Mechanics — Bat Speed, Sequencing, and Bat Path captured with Blast Motion sensors across multiple swing samples.
Plate Discipline — Pitch recognition and decision-making evaluated through our proprietary tracking protocol.
What Your Team Gets
Individual Player Dashboards. Every player who participates gets their own RBInsights dashboard with their results, age and league percentiles, and specific focus areas. These dashboards stay with the player — whether they book individual sessions with us, or you bring us back for another team session, their progress is tracked across every touchpoint.
Team Dashboard Access for the head coach. See every player's data in one view. Filter by metric, sort by percentile, identify your team's strengths and gaps before the season starts.
Progress Tracking Across Visits. Teams who book multiple Data Collections through the season see player development trends over time — the data coaches actually need for lineup decisions and college conversations.
How It Works
You provide: A baseball facility (cage or field), 2-2.5 hours on your schedule, and your roster.
We provide: All measurement equipment, station setup, data capture, and dashboard delivery. We arrive 30 minutes early to set up. Players rotate through stations in small groups. We're out before your practice would normally end.
Format: 12-player minimum, 18-player maximum per event. Players spend 15-20 minutes of active measurement time per station.

$45 per player, 12-player minimum.
