This Refund Policy governs all services, lessons, data collections, memberships, subscriptions, and digital products offered by [Your Business Name].
By purchasing any service, you agree to the terms below.
1. All Sales Final Unless Otherwise Stated
All payments are final once processed, except where required by applicable law.
We do not guarantee specific performance results, athletic outcomes, or improvements.
2. Lesson Cancellations
Private lessons must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time to receive a reschedule credit.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, missed sessions, or no-shows are not eligible for refund or credit.
If we cancel due to facility, weather, or coach availability, you will receive a full reschedule or credit.
3. Data Collection Sessions
Data collection services are performance-based services and are non-refundable once completed.
Sessions cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled.
Late cancellations and no-shows are forfeited.
4. Subscriptions & Membership Plans
Membership and subscription payments are non-refundable once billed.
You may cancel future renewals at any time through your account settings. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not refund prior charges.
Access to dashboards, data, metrics, and digital tools is considered delivered upon account access and is non-refundable.
5. Expiration of Credits
Lesson credits and rescheduled sessions must be used within 365 days unless otherwise stated. Expired credits have no cash value and will not be refunded.
6. Pricing Plan Adjustments
If a membership includes discounted services, cancelling the membership does not retroactively adjust prior pricing.
We reserve the right to modify pricing, packages, and service structures at any time. Changes will not affect already completed services.
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated, we reserve the right to:
• Suspend account access
• Recover reasonable administrative costs
• Provide documentation of services rendered
We encourage contacting us first so we can resolve concerns directly.
8. Exceptional Circumstances
Requests due to documented medical emergencies or extraordinary events may be reviewed at our sole discretion.
Approval is not guaranteed.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our services are instructional and performance-based. We are not liable for injuries, lost opportunities, dissatisfaction with results, or indirect damages related to participation.
